PlusMuy bien explicado. Miguel y Mariana son muy buenos. La informacion fue clara y facil de entender. especialmente la formulacion. Me hubiera gustado ver mas recetas para practicar los calculos. Una critica constructiva. Miguel hablo de acidos grasos y grasas como si fueran lo mismo, pero la verdad es que no lo son. Las grasas se componen de acidos grasos. Acidos grasos son el acido oleico que se encuentra en el aceite de oliva o el acido laurico que se encuentra en el aceite de coco.
