You'll need plastic bowls, silicone spatulas, a thermometer, tape, plastic wrap, towels, gloves, scales, plastic cups, polycarbonate molds, a heat gun, a microwave, white chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, fat-soluble colors, vanilla, and matcha.
