I´ve never been very good at decorating cakes, but I recently decorated my grandnieces birthday cake and it was a hit. I loved this course mainly because the explanations were so clear and the videos helped me visualize each step. I enjoyed this course very much. I appreciate enormously the skill and techniques I learnt in this course, especially the chocolate ganache drips and the intricate piping methods. Now I don´t need to look for ready-made decorations.
