Me sirvió mucho para entender los músculos de brazos y piernas, que era mi mayor interés, también creo que la parte del rostro está bien explicada y de manera sencilla. Lo que me cuesta trabajo visualizar con respecto a los paquetes musculares es la activación del músculo y cómo unen un hueso con otro.
Excelente curso, me ayudó mucho a terminar de aterrizar el conocimiento previo que tenía sobre el tema.
