    Illustrator and Educator

    Puño has been a professional illustrator since 1994 and it was just three years later that he also began his career as an educator specializing in creativity, illustration, and graphic storytelling. He has extensive experience in desktop publishing and created and managed the publishing house Ultrarradio from 2010 to 2013. He was also director of the One Year Illustration and Graphic Novel course at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Madrid and curator of the Madrid City Council's exhibition series La Ciudad en Viñetas between 2012 and 2015. He received the 2018 Barco de Vapor Award and the 2009 Fundación SM International Illustration Award, among others.
