Gillian Davis is a leadership expert and founder of the consultancy Overtime Leader. She always knew she wanted to be her own boss, and had her first taste of leadership by co-running her family business. Uninspired by the content available on leadership, she wrote her own book on the subject, First Time Leader: Foundational Tools to Inspire and Enable Your Team.
Following her book’s success, she worked in senior positions for a number of well-known brands including WeTransfer and ustwo before establishing Overtime Leader in 2016 and achieving her dream of becoming her own boss. With over ten years of experience in her field, she helps everyone from founders to CTOs build leadership strategies for success.
