Develop user-centered UX solutions through research, ideation, prototyping, and testing for digital interfaces

Guided course

Delve into the world of user-centered design by developing a digital interface through a structured and insightful process. Begin with solid research techniques, including desk research, benchmarking, and interviews, to gather essential data. Synthesize these findings to uncover genuine user needs, define problems, and create "personas" that map out user journeys. This foundational work enables the generation of diverse ideas, prioritizing the most promising ones to establish a clear information architecture.

Transform your concepts into reality by crafting functional wireframes and interactive high-fidelity prototypes. Conduct usability tests with real users to observe interactions, gather metrics, and collect valuable feedback. Analyze these results to refine your solution and prepare a professional presentation of your findings for stakeholders. By completing this comprehensive UX cycle, you'll not only gain hands-on experience but also create a validated prototype supported by real data and user insights.
