Katy Biele is a Chilean textile artist and painter who lives in Victoria, Canada. She studied graphic design in Santiago de Chile before specializing as a visual artist and her work is based on paintings and mixed media embroidery that she creates in her studio.
Her art has been exhibited in galleries such as the Seymour Gallery and the South Main Gallery in Vancouver, Canada, among others. Katy also teaches embroidery classes around the world and collaborates with thread and textile fiber brands such as the Italian DHG.
