Learn the basic weaves and make pieces with volume to decorate your home
Tramarte's decorative creations for the home, although contemporary, manage to perfectly transmit Mexican cultural heritage. Each piece, from small paintings to large-format pieces and textile installations, is handcrafted for hours with care and attention. These designers work with natural fibers such as cotton and wool, and take advantage of the properties of each one to create innovative products.
In this online course, learn how to assemble a loom and weave with different stitches to create a decorative piece for your home. Get to know the basic flat and volume fabrics, working from a mood board and the concept to the final elaboration.

Tramarte is a Mexican brand founded by two textile designers who graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana. They are dedicated to creating authentic, unique, and personalized textile decorations, made with natural fibers sourced in Mexico, to promote local consumption and appreciation of handmade processes.
Tramarte seeks to tell a story through each piece using weaving. They use design and artisan processes, such as different weaving and macramé techniques, to provide each space with special details.
