Colorist and post-producer Leo Fallas has a long trajectory in the color-editing field, having worked on a plethora of advertising campaigns, films, series, video clips, and documentaries. He currently works in content for Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
In this course, Leo teaches techniques to work quicker, how to color various versions at the same time, retouching skin tone, coloring product shots, and how to submit your work in many different formats.

Who is this online course for?
For colorists with basic and intermediate knowledge, directors of photography, editors, or anyone with basic knowledge in color editing that wants to strengthen their knowledge in the field of color correction.
Requirements and materials
You will need basic notions of how image editing software works, preferably some knowledge in color correction, although the course is apt for beginners.
To complete the course, you need a computer equipped with the DaVinci Resolve software (you can download version 16 of the software for free, which will be the version used in this course).

Leo was born in Costa Rica, where he started out as an editor. He collaborated with several directors in the field, before deciding to specialize in cinematic post-production in Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica de México, where he discovered color. He then returned to Costa Rica, where he started his own coloring studio, working on films, documentaries, advertising, and video clips for twelve years.
Today, he lives in Mexico and works as a freelance colorist, working on content for Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. He is also passionate about teaching and gives coloring classes on a regular basis.
